Hajj 2019: Lagos Flags Off Pilgrims Enlightenments Lecture Sunday

The Lagos State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has scheduled Sunday 14th April for Inaugural lecture for its 2019 Hajj intending pilgrims.

The lecture will be held  at the Old Secretariat
Central Mosque GRA, Ikeja.

This was disclosed today by the
Board Secretary,  Mr. Ishola Rahman while briefing the
members of Staff on the next line of action with regards to
the 2019 hajj exercise.

Mr. Ishola said that intending pilgrims across the 20 local governments and 37 local council development areas of the state have been invited to the lecture in order to acquaint them with the dos and don'ts of hajj and to enrich them with the required  knowledge that will enable them to performed acceptable hajj.

Mr. Ishola declared that the lecture which is to begin by 12 noon on the said date is compulsory for all Lagos State intending pilgrims.

He also disclosed that the lecture will provide the opportunity for the pilgrims to meet their coordinators and other travelers for the purpose of networking and chatting the way forward for the hajj exercise.

The Board Secretary stated further that intending pilgrims are advised to take the lecture serious as informed scholars will be on ground to do Justice to the
lecture of the day.

Meanwhile he appealed to intending pilgrims to complete their payments and submit their forms for processing as Biometric capturing will begin soon.
